class="MsoBodyText" style="margin-right:38px; margin-left:31px; text-align:justify; text-indent:32.3pt">為配合您的工作型態、家庭休閒規劃及因應新冠肺炎防疫措施，本校 113 學年度一年級新生報到採多元方式辦理。您可依需求，選擇以下任一方式完成報到手續。

class="MsoBodyText" style="margin-left:48px">(一)有 google 帳號者
- 請先將學生設籍戶口名簿拍照或掃描存檔。
- 以手機掃描右列 QR code(或電腦連上網址： https://forms.gle/L94znAWhVR8r3doX8)，連接至本校 新生線上報到系統，並依序填答，即完成報到手續。

- 請以手機掃描右列 QR code(或電腦連上網址：

- 將學生設籍戶口名簿拍照或掃描存檔，以 e-mail

class="MsoBodyText" style="margin-left:48px">(一)報到日期：4 月 13 日上午 8：00-12：00。
class="MsoBodyText" style="margin-left:48px">(二)報到地點：馬興國小(位置依現場指標指示)。
class="MsoBodyText" style="margin-left:48px">(三)攜帶證件：
- 入學通知單。
- 戶口名簿正本或戶籍謄本。 (四)填寫入學相關調查表。
